Kaj te čaka na delavnici?

Spoznavanje pravilnega položaja
S pomočjo različnih pripravljalnih vaj boš spoznal, kako aktivirati telo in ustvariti dober položaj za stojo na rokah.

Obračanje na glavo
Preden se lotimo prave stoje, boš skozi lažje položaje spoznal/-a občutek, ko je glava obrnjena navzdol. Tako se na novo perspektivo navadiš postopoma, varno in brez pritiska.

Prve stoje na rokah
Ko osvojimo osnove, pride čas za prve poskuse. Ob podpori stene in trenerja boš preizkusil/-a, kako se odriniti v stojo in začutiti položaj na rokah.

KDO TE BO UČIL?
Ekipa Acro Connection - trenerji z gimnastičnim ozadjem
Ekipo Acro Connection, ki se ukvarja s stojami na rokah, sestavljamo Matjaž, Julij Jan, Eva in Alja. Vsi imamo dolgoletne izkušnje z gimnastiko in prav vsi smo študirali na Fakulteti za šport.
Ker vemo, kako kompleksen element je sama stoja na rokah, naš cilj ni, da ti v eni uri obljubimo popolno stojo. Naš cilj je, da ti pokažemo, kako se je lotiti pravilno, varno in brez nepotrebnega strahu.

Vemo, da je stoja na rokah lahko strašljiv element. Na delavnici bomo zato poskrbeli za varnost in postopno učenje, da bomo skupaj lahko premagali strah.
Ali lahko pridem na več delavnic?
Lahko! Vse delavnice bodo imele sicer enako zasnovo, bomo pa same vaje malo spreminjali iz termina v termin tako, da če želiš v septembru malo bolj intenzivno vaditi stojo na rokah, si več kot dobrodošel/-la na več delavnicah.
